Now, your body produces the results of which your mind first realized, and your heart hoped for. You become aligned in mind, heart, and body. You move differently in all aspects. Everything seems possible.

No matter how strong you are, or how much you can lift, you are only as strong as your end-range of motion. Building strength through length is the key to quality movement. Whether you want to be able to simply walk down the stairs, or dunk a basketball, strength through length will help you achieve and sustain your goal.

Strength.

It is vital to carefully consider how our physical goals align with our physical body. Are my knees strong enough to support the power generated from my hips? Are my ankles flexible enough to allow my back to move freely? The movement of our entire kinetic chain must be re-evaluated to give itself the opportunity to move as designed. Nature flourishes when balanced, as do we.
